# Notes

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Each project has notes in order to have the appropriate documentation for further accesses, special features or the IT network to hand.</span>

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">These can be opened via a button in the "Project selection" menu and you can store any information that is always taken into account when checking in/out.</span>

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 9.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">It is also possible to open the notes of a checked-in project in read-only mode without having to check it out. You will find a corresponding button for this in the "Memory selection" menu.</span>
